I am a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with all different kinds of people. I like to work on what gets in the way of optimum mental health. It's hard to get clean and sober, and staying clean and sober tends to bring out issues that also can be quite difficult. I provide private, confidential treatment for the chemically dependent. Since 1994 I have helped hundreds of men and women through counseling to address their alcoholism, drug addiction and related issues. I provide counsel, support and coaching for those in early recovery. I also counsel those in sustained recovery who are ready to work on recovery related life issues.

I love my approach to brain training with EEG biofeedback. It is broadly effective at producing substantial results in your life that are enduring. Most often I see people with anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, migraine, PTSD, addictions, bipolar and autism. I believe that most people with psychological issues have brain wave activity that is either over-aroused or under-aroused. That is, either too much or too little brain wave activity in either the fast or slow frequencies. Mental problems are a timing issue in the brain. These timing issues can be corrected by practicing a better way to function.
