I understand life can be difficult and you feel overwhelmed by a lot of emotional experiences. I offer individual and couples counseling services for adjustment issues, anxiety, adult ADHD, financial anxiety/trauma, and relational difficulties.

On our path in life we often find ourselves struggling with certain issues. Sometime these issues have a negative effect on our self-esteem, self-worth and self-image which prevent us from achieving our dreams and goals we. I ascribe to an Existential/Humanistic theoretical approach to counseling. I am interested in working with the LGBTQ community, those with chronic pain problems, chronic health problems, dissociative disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, women's issues, and suicide prevention. I enjoy helping people learn to cope and assist them in finding a resolution to the difficulties they experience in life. I do not work with couples or do relationship counseling.

I value diversity and multiculturalism. I also believe in the importance of creating safe spaces in which every individual can feel comfortable sharing their innermost thoughts, feelings, life experiences, and vulnerabilities without fear of prejudice or judgment.
