Working as a clinical therapist, business executive, startup founder, and coach over the past 12 years, I combine effective somatic coaching and therapeutic skills, wisdom, and perspective gained from my own healing journey. I work primarily with men who want to live healthier, more integrated and authentic lives. I teach men the skills necessary to better manage stress and to be more present, ultimately leading to success in their personal and professional lives. My approach is a combination of somatic awareness, internal family systems, cognitive behavioral, and the 12-step recovery model.

I have over 20 years of working with families, addicts and adolescents; I've helped many to reconcile marriages, end parent/child conflict and resolve family discord. I have worked with those struggling with grief, separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, those with issues of self image and poor esteem as well as many other issues.
