Calling upon my 20+ year experience as a training and development executive combined with my degree in counseling, I provide a unique perspective and approach to counseling. My specialty is a solution-based, action-oriented model. I counsel individuals, couples & families who are facing significant life transitions, including career/job, relationship/marriage, health/wellness, or specific goal-seeking issues. I partner with my clients to address their impediments to change. By crafting a strategy to achieve personal and professional goals, including identifying the psychological barriers to achieving them, I help turn these goals into reality.
Using Systems Theory, I help clients observe their interaction within systems. My aim is to enable my clients to achieve freedom and liberation by living a life of CHOICE. As clients unlearn old habits and understand what lies behind their spontaneous reactions, they learn to create the life they desire.
