Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Relationship/Sexual Issues, Pornography, Anger, Life Changes, Career, LGBTQ+ Issues, and Faith/Spirituality are issues I often address. My approach is practical and nonjudgmental, primarily from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Reality/Choice perspectives. For couples, I'm trained in Gottman Method, the most research-based model for marriage and couples therapy. Office, video, and phone sessions may be options during the COVID pandemic.

I am passionate about people being able to have what they really want in life, and I am committed to people seeing their greatness. I have over 11 years experience in substance use recovery. I began working in the addiction/recovery field over 8 1/2 years ago. I have helped many individuals with life skills and walked with them as they made positive changes in their recovering life. Including exploring hobbies, interests and learning how to laugh and smile again. While also working with them on how to build support in their community. Ultimately creating space for these moving parts to come together and form a sustainable recovery lifestyle.

Most challenges we face as humans are "normal" as opposed to there being something "wrong" with us. However, we can often feel alone and overwhelmed when facing problems. Talking to a caring person can make a difference. I believe it helps to have an objective, knowledgeable and wise coach to help you find your way. I like to use analogies and work as a team with a client.
