I'm a licensed counselor with over 25 years experience in the mental health field. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety and life coaching. I'll develop a plan that fits your unique needs and address what is most important to you. We'll work together to strengthen your coping kills, and develop a plan of action to help you move forward in your life.
