Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and we all have times when we need extra support in order to deal with the stressors that we are faced with. I help people to better understand their difficulties and to develop coping skills that lead to happier, more fulfilling lives. My background in human resource management and coaching youth sports gives me a unique perspective regarding challenges my clients face at both work and school. Recent events in the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic have led to a significant increase in anxiety and depression. It has changed life for people in unprecedented ways. Therapy can help.
I specialize in working with all ages suffering from anxiety. I offer the programs Coping Cat and The CAT Project for children and adolescents suffering from anxiety, worry, fears and anger. I also offer psychological testing. In addition to therapy, testing, and mediation services I offer anxiety groups for children, adolescents, teens and adults.
My clients report that they are comfortable with me due to my genuine interest in the lives of others and interactive style, as well as my non-judgmental nature. I offer flexible scheduling including same-day, early morning, night, weekend, and tele-therapy sessions (phone or video).

"Coping Cat" Anxiety Program ages 7-17
I offer the empiracally-based cognitive behavioral programs "Coping Cat" and "C.A.T. Project" for children and adolescents. I offer the program in an individual therapy setting that is specifically tailored to address the problems your child is experiencing. The length of treatment varies from 8 to 16 sessions.

Empiracally-based cognitive behavioral therapy program to treat anxiety in adults. Methods include progressive relaxation, deep-breathing, and changing mindset.
