An area of focus in my practice is working with parents, couples and families in times of adjustment and transition, particularly in the early years of parenthood. Parenthood can be very demanding especially when you're trying to maintain a career and relationships with your partner, family and friends. I work with clients to give them communication tools and self-care strategies as well as increasing self-awareness and personal insight.

I exclusively provide video/online sessions for couples and individuals who want to learn and practice skills to enhance their relationships and communicate better. I use proven, research-based techniques to help you get better results in the context of all your relationships. I listen to you, but also, I am very interactive and provide feedback.

I'm Will and I'm a therapist; but, you may also want to know that I love Star Wars, Harry Potter, hot sauces, Bay Area Sports, and the outdoors. In no way do we have to have similar interests but I find that I relate to the world via my experiences and what I'm attracted to. What I'd really like, is to give you a sense of what being in therapy with me would be like, but I am aware of some of the limits that reading a profile and looking at a picture has. I support young people to find their voice, become more self confident, and communicate in a way that expresses their needs. Many times there is a disconnect between behavior and desires. I work closely to increase awareness of why these behaviors are happening and encourage an awareness to begin to identify triggers, with an overall goal of self awareness and self control.

I typically work best with clients that have a high degree of self-agency and are in a career building or sustaining phase of life. I enjoy working with clients that enjoy a challenge from their therapist to grow and improve from visit to visit.
