I have 20 years experience working with individuals and couples who have a desire to make positive changes in their lives. My extensive background and training has afforded me the opportunity to treat a wide range of diagnosis and life issues, such as: depression, anxiety, trauma and highly sensitive personalities.
I use a directive and interactive approach as I support individuals through their transformation. I also offer help through life and career coaching, and relationship problems. I take pride in providing a comfortable space for my clients and I provide a confidential, therapeutic experience that is warm and inviting.
