My practice is rooted in compassion, kindness, growth, creativity. I will present you with a customized plan based on my years of training and experience that will meet you where you are at and push you into the future. I am open to working will all ages and stages and have experience from birth to 75! I look at each person as an individual and enjoy supporting and being of service to anyone that is looking to be the best version of themselves! I specialize in healing the brain and body of trauma and taking control back from fear!

I enjoy doing all types of therapy for all different issues to include depression, anxiety, addiction/substance use and abuse, health and wellness, grief, trauma, parental alienation, developmental challenges, autism spectrum disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, codependency, work stress and relationship conflict. I work with people to identify treatment goals and create a treatment regimen that fits their needs which includes psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, behavior modification, interpersonal therapy, sport psychology and coaching.

I have found my calling to become a social worker out of desire and passion to help people live a fulfilling and balance life. My life experience includes years of committed motherhood, care givers for 34 years to a brother who has intellectual disabilities. I have a deep belief in the restorative powers of self-knowledge, self-acceptance and unconditional love. With open for support, and extensive-self exploration of the healing process I have walked away my own PTSD having survive six years Refugee Camp.
