Christian Mindfulness Practice Group
Come learn and practice Christian mindfulness... a time to practice the presence of God through a mindfulness meditation practice with scripture. Time at the beginning of every class will be devoted to teaching the practice. The remainder of the class will be devoted and structured for worship, practice and deepening intimacy with God and His Word ... except the last 10 minutes will be a time to give thanks and glory to God. Know what your mind is full of... Take every thought captive... 2 Corinthians 10:5.
