I specialize in helping individuals and couples feel more grounded and successful in their relationships and lives. I believe relationship issues as well as common symptoms like depression and anxiety often stem from habitual patterns of relating that may have historical importance, but may no longer be useful to us. As new issues arise in our lives these habitual patterns and our own vulnerabilities may impact our ability to feel competent and fulfilled.
As a Gestalt therapist I practice a humanistic and process oriented therapy. Authenticity, tolerance for difference and perceptual awareness are all tools I use and teach in my work. Throughout my career I have trained in several different modalities and feel my own personal development supports my work with you.
