My goal as a Psychologist is to help everyone that comes into my office feel that they have been heard, met with compassion, and been given the appropriate tools and support needed to help them on their personal journey.
My approach to therapy focuses on how the presenting problem is impacting individuals personally, socially, and interpersonally (especially in families), and from this to foster a person centered approach to cultivating therapeutic goals. No feeling or situation has to last forever, and once this is truly embraced, the healing can begin.
