I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Kentucky.
I am also certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator which allows me to provide comprehensive counseling to couples that are married, engaged or in a long-term relationship. Throughout the day do you experience anxiousness and/or nervousness? If so this yoga flow allows you to find peace and calmness within your mind and body and feel more in control of your day.
