My goal is to provide compassionate therapy services, working in collaboration with you to help you meet your goals and guide you through the healing process. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including dating, relationships, trauma, violence and assault, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-harm, and sexuality or gender identity diversity. My background includes victim advocacy and outreach, clinical crisis counseling, animal assisted therapy, and human sexuality education. Taking the first step to reach out for help is not only brave but will be incredibly rewarding.
I am passionate about empowerment, collaboration, and facilitating healing and growth from traumatic life events. Working with survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault is one of my specialties. I also specialize in helping the LGBTQ+ population explore and navigate their identities in a society that often stigmatizes being your authentic self.
I believe that every person has the opportunity to be the best version of themself. Growth and change are often uncomfortable, but with the right support you can step outside of your comfort zone and do more than survive- you can thrive. I look forward to working with you!
