I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship with the key to therapy being the ability of the therapist to listen and the client knowing that he/she has been heard and understood.
My therapeutic style is eclectic and strength based. Practicing for over 15 years in hospital/ outpatient facilities, treating anxiety, depression, co-occurring and addiction and those impacted as a result of substance use. I am trained in psychological trauma and crisis intervention.
