I am the owner & psychotherapist for Adolescent, Adult & Family Behavioral Health. I specialize in issues of trauma, loss, depression & anxiety for adolescents, adults & their families. I have expertise in working with teenagers within all levels of psychiatric care over the past 32 years. Couples therapy is a passion of mine as I believe in our ability to change our lives by changing the way we think about & approach relationships. I also believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential & to have compassionate support as they reach towards their goals.
I will provide you with an opportunity to bring change & personal growth to your life during crisis or times of transition Therapeutic services are provided through Systems, Individual, Couples & Family Therapy. I Believe in the deep connection between mind & body, and teach clients to improve their health through custom created therapy treatment plans.
It takes tremendous courage to reach out to take the step into therapy and I respect both this and each individuals unique needs & process. You will always be in charge of your therapy process and what you wish to accomplish. I recently went back to school for 3 years to add to my expertise specifically in deeper mind-body psychotherapy techniques.
