I have more than ten years in the field of Psychotherapy in internships. Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Today I am a Life Coach for men and women seeking change and transformation. Women seeking skills to speak from the heart
Formerly a group I started in Palm Desert when I lived there. This group learned to communicate at a deeper level so they could improve family and career relationships. Very effective to practice authenticity, empowering and helped many to move forward to greater self-discovery, finding their truth and setting new goals and a vision for the future in strength and renewed energy. I am interested in starting a similar group when I have seven for weekly sessions. Evenings are good.
