Life After The Storm, is an outpatient integrated behavioral health practice, where service delivery takes place virtually via telehealth. At Life After The Storm, the provider recognizes the life of individuals as a marathon where one may incur traumatic experiences that can be driven by medical illnesses, and other related social determining factors. Specialization in Health and Behavior Assessment and Intervention (HBAI) services to identify and address the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social factors that are important to effective treatment or management of physical health problems that are unrelated to mental illness.

Life After The Storm engages in clinical approaches that integrates behavioral health with medical health for individuals, families, and groups within the ambulatory care setting. The treatment provided is both holistic and comprehensive.
