About
Our ideal client is someone who wants to learn how to manage their mental health, gain self-confidence, find direction, increase independence, and ultimately re-engage in meaningful pursuits. It is someone who wants to become successful in their living, working, learning and social environments. We believe everyone can learn to live well!
The Life Adjustment Team focuses on psychosocial rehabilitation, which promotes personal recovery, successful community integration, and clients becoming experts in managing their mental health. We help our clients gain self-confidence, independence, find direction, and ultimately re-engage in meaningful pursuits including hobbies, work or school.
We provide one-to-one support in the home, community, school or workplace. Team members are selected for their compassion, commitment and professionalism. The clinicians at LAT are masters and doctorate level clinicians who are trained extensively in evidence-based community-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation techniques.
