To develop better self-awareness, and deeper understanding, I work from a psychodynamic model. I will ask a lot of reflective questions while also offering empathic responses to build safety in our relationship. This is so important because opening up to deeper places inside of yourself requires a sense of trust and a willingness to open up and look within
