Together, we’ll explore challenges, reconnect with what sustains you, and reclaim your sense of agency, peace, and purpose.
I offer trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and relational therapy rooted in liberatory perspectives. My eclectic, collaborative approach integrates somatic practices and adapts to your needs—whether you prefer a solution-focused style, existential exploration, or a blend of both. Together, we'll work toward greater clarity, resilience, and embodiment.
My journey to this work grew from my own struggles with grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and non-belonging. This makes me deeply attuned to the complex and non-linear nature of healing.
