I am a systemic family, couple, and individual practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve their true potential. As a tenured professor of Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Connecticut State University, I bring clinical expertise and academic insight to my work. My role is to support and guide you through creating your best change process, and to help you build the life you want. In addition to client work, I also offer clinical supervision focused on building the unique inner strengths and abilities of the practitioner.
I have over 20 years working with a range of clinical concerns from complex, secondary and post secondary trauma, living with learning differences/AD/HD, couples and family counseling, college counseling, and life transition counseling. Modalities and interventions used range from talk therapy to experiential interventions.
I am also a certified yoga teacher and life coach, offering a range of guided meditations and/or yoga to address anxiety, depression and general life development/wellness.

self development through creative journaling
This virtual group focuses on creative journaling, (no artistic ability required). Group will use poetry, music, journal prompts to explore themes of self development and discovery. Groups can be requested if you want or have a group of people who want to participate we will run a group for you(5 person minimum) or you can call to join one of our rotating journal groups which run as long as we have 5 or more people . Materials required, mixed media paper/journal, markers,colored pencils, watercolors(school grade is fine) scissors, glue stick, and a permenant blue or black marker.
