My name is Lidia Haefele and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Riverside and Orange County area in California, and I am also working with statewide clients via Telehealth. I work with adults including veterans and active duty and specialize in addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult transitions, and any life challenges that can affect your ability to live a balanced and healthy life. I will use the therapy model that is more appropriate for you so you can start achieving your goals.
I am grateful for the experience I have had with different populations as this has nurtured me as a therapist but now, I am focused on working with adults (including veterans and active duty) who struggle with life challenges and difficult transitions that can present in many ways like anxiety, depression, and stress.
I pride myself on being fully present and non-judgemental so you can feel comfortable sharing about yourself during our time together. Being bilingual allows me to have a very different perspective on life and how sometimes some things can be misinterpreted due to the language barrier and the difference between cultures.
