I work with clients to uncover their own strengths, and to regain power over the areas of life that feel overwhelming or out of control. My energy is warm and friendly, and past clients have appreciated the chance to explore difficult content in a non-judgmental environment. I treat individuals with PTSD and other anxiety and depressive disorders. Additionally, I work with adult adoptees and adoptive parents.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, and utilize other modalities based on clients' unique needs. I strive to be culturally competent and integrate each individual's identity and values into all treatment approaches. Utilizing my experience in education, I also effectively support individuals living with learning disabilities (including ADHD).
