My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and holistic. I use an integrative approach, incorporating somatic and mindfulness work with evidenced-based modalities including EMDR and ACT, as well as the Gottman Method in couples sessions. I'm EMDR-trained, and have completed consultation and advanced EMDR trainings for EMDRIA certification.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I am neurodiversity affirming, as well as queer and trans affirming. I believe healing happens most readily in a space that is compassionate, non-judgmental, and feels safe to you. I'm currently offering 50-minute sessions as well as EMDR full and half-day intensives virtually throughout CA and in person in Santa Rosa, CA.
