My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and holistic. I use an integrative approach, incorporating somatic and mindfulness work with evidenced-based modalities including EMDR and ACT, as well as the Gottman Method in couples sessions. I'm EMDR-trained, and have completed consultation and advanced EMDR trainings for EMDRIA certification.

I believe healing happens in a space that is compassionate and non-judgmental. I enjoy supporting people from all walks of life, neurotypes, orientations, religious backgrounds, and political beliefs. I offer 50-minute sessions and longer intensives virtually throughout California and in person in Healdsburg, CA, with current openings as soon as next week.
