I practice from a humanistic and trauma-informed perspective, and believe that safety and trust are the foundation of an effective therapeutic relationship.
I am adept at treating a variety of concerns including mood and relationship difficulties and adjustment-related issues such as grief or other life transitions. I have specialization in the treatment of trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and psychotic disorders. I am EMDR trained and can provide this both in-person and via Telehealth.
