I work solely with children 3-10 years and their caregivers. I use evidence based activities designed to support this work. My approach is individualized for each family to best meet your specific needs.
I specialize in helping children manage anxious feelings and thoughts. I also specialize in helping all types of families build healthier, more supportive patterns of interaction. I work in the language of a child which is play-while teaching skills needed to move forward and thrive. Parents are helped to manage behaviors through parent coaching.
