I work with my clients using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques all through a trauma-informed lens. Some of my areas of specialty include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting & relationship issues, as well as grief & loss.
I provide individual therapy services through StonyCreek Psychotherapy and Wellness, LLC via telehealth throughout Maine. I work primarily with adults and adolescents age 16 and older. I look forward to working with you!
