Licia Freeman's Groups
Betrayal Trauma
This group is intended for Women who have been traumatized by chronic betrayal. In group we work through the issues posed by the discovery of their partners' multiple sexual acting out behaviors, and the impact those have had on them. We focus on healing, communication, boundaries, self-esteem, and coping skills.
Menopause and Beyond
This group is designed for women who are navigating the menopausal years, physiologically and emotionally, dealing not only with body and hormonal changes, but also moving into the next stage of life. Now that the kids are gone, what do I want to focus on? How do I want to reinvent myself? What are my goals for the rest of my life? What about romance?
Sleep Wellness Group
Do you suffer from insomnia or other disruptive sleep patterns? If you want to learn effective techniques to improve the quality of your sleep, this group is for you. The group meets for 8 weeks and focuses on specific strategies to promote sleep wellness.
