Reaching out to a professional takes courage. We encourage self-exploration into the patterns that keep individuals stuck, and prevent them from moving forward. I provide Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Strategic/Structural, psychodynamic, play and creative therapies in order to resolve psychological symptoms for people ages 4-84 years old. I am compassionate as well as passionate about my work. We will get to the core of your issues, while addressing the presenting problem.
People often come to therapy when they have been trying to resolve issues on their own for some time, without success. Seeking assistance takes great courage.
