Late Evenings & Weekends now available! My therapeutic approach is inclusive and trauma-informed. I value my clients as whole human beings, by acknowledging the parts of themselves that have been impacted by trauma and highlighting their inner strengths and resiliency. I draw from a range of holistic, evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help cultivate secure, meaningful connections within yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

I specialize in relational therapy, focusing on the relationships we hold with ourselves, our partners, and our families. This includes work around self-worth, identity, romantic and marital relationships, parenting, and complex family dynamics. I also enjoy mentoring student therapists and supporting their clinical growth and professional journey.
