I value my clients as whole human beings, by acknowledging the parts of themselves that have been impacted by trauma and highlighting their inner strengths and resiliency. I integrate a variety of holistic healing modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR to enhance secure connections to yourself, others, and the world.
I specialize in providing LGBTQIA+ affirmative and culturally responsive therapy, as well as perinatal mental health and the transition to parenthood for individuals, couples, and families.
