I specialize in treating Anxiety and Mood Disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). People seeking my help often struggle with Panic, worry, Social Anxiety, OCD, Agoraphobia, Phobias (fear of flying, driving, heights, public speaking, etc), and Depression and Bipolar Disorders. As a CBT therapist, I conduct Exposure Therapy (and ERP), meaning I help clients go TO their feared situation - this may mean driving with a client, going to the airport, getting on an elevator, and many other situations - to help stop the patterns of avoidance and fear. I also specialize in Women's Health including pre/post-partum emotional issues.
I currently offer TELE-THERAPY and in-person sessions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adults, teens, & kids. This includes Exposure Therapies: imaginal, in vivo, virtual reality, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. Cognitive Therapies: balanced thinking, worry reduction; ACT; Mindfulness to help with calm&present mind and body.
I currently offer in-person and Teletherapy sessions to help you. I specialize in CBT and use of Exposure Therapies including: "in vivo" Exposure (going TO the feared situation with patients), Imaginal Exposure, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
