Life presents us with many challenges - you do not have to struggle through it alone. Pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, work/life balance, relationship issues and grief are my particular areas of specialty. Therapy offers an opportunity to address painful feelings, stressful events and difficult relationships in a warm, supportive way. Together, we will explore the challenges you have been facing and find the path forward that creates the changes you are looking for.
I work with adults around a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, work/ life balance and boundaries, low self-esteem, traumatic events, grief and loss. I have perinatal expertise in postpartum depression and anxiety, adjustment to motherhood, intrusive thoughts, infertility, miscarriage and infant loss.
I am on staff at Endeavor Health/ NorthShore's Perinatal Depression Program and also lead support groups for infant loss and postpartum anxiety and depression.
