I work with young children and families who are facing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, disruptive behaviors, emotional outbursts, life changes and trauma. I utilize a combination of play and talk therapy to empower young children and families to reach their unique goals.

During parent coaching sessions, you will learn how to manage challenging behaviors while simultaneously enhancing warmth and connection with your child. My client-centered approach will ensure that you feel supported every step of the way!
I ground my practice in evidence-based therapeutic methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) to not only address immediate emotional and behavioral concerns, but also equip children and their families with the tools they need for long-term success.
Connection and trust are key components of healing. I provide a safe, supportive environment where children can openly explore their feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and build lifelong resilience.
