My practice is comprised of adult individuals and couples. Therapy goals for couples may include issues related to intimacy, communication, conflict or enhancing their connection to each other. Many clients utilize their therapy sessions to address issues related to changes in their work or personal life and/or current struggles involving anxiety, depression or feeling "stuck" in life. I also work with people facing issues related to cancer whether in the diagnosis, treatment or remission stages. I strive to provide a therapeutic online environment for my clients to work through difficult issues and achieve their treatment goals.
When struggling with issues related to marital or relationship stress, most couples choose to focus on de-escalating conflict while striving to better understand each other's perspective. With many clients, we will focus on creating sustainable change and enhancing one's own internal support system to better meet the challenges posed by life circumstances.
