As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I work with individual, couples, and families seeking therapy who may be going through grief, depression, anxiety or a distressed relationship. The modalities used in session are the Gottman Theory, Solution Focused, CBT and EMDR for clients who experienced trauma. For couples seeking Pre Martial Counseling I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.
In sessions we will work collaboratively to improve your relationships, overall well-being and set achievable goals that will focus on helping you develop insights about yourself and help you experience less stress and anxiety about your future. With dialogue, respect, humor and perseverance we will bring a rapid conclusion to your therapeutic needs.
