Libby is passionate about working with children (3+), teen and adult individuals, as well as couples and families. She can help with the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, stress, sports and mental health performance, behavioral concerns, major life transitions, abuse, attachment, trauma and relationship concerns, grief/loss and more. Libby will work to understand what you are experiencing with empathy and will provide helpful tools and feedback to help you accomplish your goals. Libby is currently pursuing her PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education from the University of North Texas.
In addition to her specialized training in Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Libby has pursued extensive training in Animal Assisted Therapy and Sport Performance therapy. As former athlete, Libby enjoys working with athletes and sports performance concerns. She can help with Performance Anxiety, Managing Emotions, Goal Setting
and more.
