I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach with clients. I work with adult individuals to help them with a variety of issues affecting their social, occupational, and family lives. The main theoretical approach I use in session is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also utilize skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I specialize in treating adult individuals with a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, addiction, OCD, and agoraphobia.
My style of therapy is far from “clinical.” I consider myself to be down-to-earth and authentic in sessions with clients. I am a direct communicator, and what you see is what you get.
