Hello, I’m so happy you’re here! I know it can feel overwhelming to find help when you’re already struggling. If you’ve ever felt ashamed of who you are and are ready to feel seen, heard, and totally accepted in a non-judgmental environment, you’re in the right place! I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships and attachment issues, domestic violence, trauma, and integration following ketamine and other psychedelic-assisted treatments. I am also passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in a world that doesn’t often understand their needs.
I utilize traditional approaches in addition to mindfulness and somatics (body work) to help my clients reconnect with themselves and learn to regulate, attune to their feelings more deeply, and find healing. I also provide a unique and compassionate perspective as a neurodivergent therapist.
