I enjoy working with clients who hated their last therapy experience, clients who feel defeated by their relationship with food and their body, and clients who are sick of anxiety ruling their life. I aim to support, challenge, and empower you to determine what your goals are and make meaningful progress toward them. Anyone seeking support to confront their unique difficulties is welcome here. I am well-versed in trauma-informed care and focus on being sensitive to cultural issues and marginalized groups. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I take pride in providing LGBTQ+-affirming care.

Together, we'll create a personalized plan using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, ERP, and Polyvagal Theory, tailored to you. I enjoy working with adolescents/adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, disordered eating, and body dysmorphia. Together, we’ll work toward practical, meaningful changes to find lasting relief.
