Life is a journey filled with many different challenges that can be overwhelming and distressing. My goal is to be there with you in finding new ways of coping with such difficulties. I became a therapist because of my passion to connect deeply with people and help with self exploration and growth. I believe that such a connection can relieve many obstacles and improve emotional well being. I am trained in evidence-based clinical treatments for individuals, couples, and families going through daily struggles such as interpersonal conflicts, marital conflicts, parent-child difficulties, high anxiety, depression, and more.
I have extensive experience in exploring the underlying causes of problems, helping to navigate dilemmas and create the needed positive change. I provide a safe and respectful environment in which we can re-think together on how to recreate an improved life for yourself.
