I am a sex and love therapist passionate about helping individuals and couples connect on a deeper level. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, including those living with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, psychiatric and personality disorders, and with those in recovery. I strive to be culturally sensitive, kink positive, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent affirming, while understanding that these areas may or may not impact an individual’s struggles. I hold a certificate in trauma-informed creative arts therapy and am pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology.

I work with individuals and those in relationships (of any form) who are interested in exploring aspects of their sexuality, those struggling with desire issues, sexual dysfunction, shame, or are working towards recovery from an affair. In my complex trauma work, we can process experiences of childhood trauma and how it may be impacting daily life now.
I practice from a person-centered, strengths-based, and harm-reduction approach, integrating aspects of psychodynamic, narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic therapies. I believe that everyone is the expert on their own life and aim to help clients find their path to contentment. Reach out today for a free phone consult to see if we'd be a good fit!
