Gaining insight into how the patterns from your past impact your daily experience is an important tool for meaningful change. Together, we will collaborate to identify and resolve challenges, and deepen awareness so you can move forward towards your best self.
I have special interest in anxiety, relational issues, trauma, identity, low self-esteem, grief & loss, stress, overwhelm, and life transitions. While my background is psychodynamic and attachment-based, I work relationally and customize approaches to meet your unique needs.
My goal is to provide a warm and open environment where you can learn and grow. My approach is thoughtful, authentic and direct — but also invites a sense of humor.
