Coming to therapy can be a big step in the healing process. Therapy may cause some discomfort and that is okay. This is your mental health journey; I am here to help you navigate through some of the more difficult barriers or topics you may be facing. I believe in a more collaborative approach when working with clients. This way we are able to build good rapport and establish a more open environment. Everyone’s mental health journey is different and I am here to meet the client where they currently are at.
I am experienced in working with clients 4+ addressing issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, understanding family dynamics, working with families undergoing separation or divorce, reunification therapy for children and families. I also provide Facilitated Visitation for families that need additional support outside their family.
