My hope in practice is to provide a safe space for marginalized individuals to explore healthy ways to create the life they wish to have. My therapeutic interests include working with individuals who experience symptoms of marital and relationship concerns, family dysfunction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. Being an African American woman of Puerto Rican heritage I carry an understanding of how "typical therapy" can land in our community. My goal is to empower those who hesitate to seek therapy through a culturally-informed lens.

I have a passion for working with teens with identified behavioral concerns and families focusing on creating a cohesive unit that encourages healthy development for each individual. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental, honest, and down-to-earth approach, to provide clients the safety to explore ways to attain self-defined success.

I value the warmth of being understood when nothing seems to make sense. I wish to offer compassion to all clients who choose to allow me in their lives.
