About
If you're experiencing worry and stress due to current or upcoming life transitions, it can feel overwhelming and hard to find a way out. Starting college, moving to a new city, beginning a first job, and building and maintaining a support system can be stressful and overwhelming. Things can become even more daunting when there are existing problems like depression, anxiety, and trauma. I've helped young adults succeed in their academic, professional, and interpersonal pursuits, and I can help you as well. I serve as a consistent source of support while providing direct feedback and guidance.
Through our work together, you will unlearn old, ineffective ways of dealing with problems, and replace them with skills to help you achieve health and mental clarity, build resilience, and form healthy relationships.
I became a psychotherapist to help people regain their lives, to instill hope in those who see no way out of their despair, and to break the stigma surrounding mental illness through challenging misconceptions about it. Change can be exciting, but scary, and you don't have to navigate this on your own. Please contact me for more information.
