I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Life Coaching. I help burned-out tech executives who can't afford to take a mental health day but desperately need one.
As a counselor, I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, traumas, grief/loss, stress management, coping skills, self-esteem, anger management, couples and family conflicts, emotional behavioral problems. As a coach, I walk along with my clients
