Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) with the state of Ohio. Whether working with someone to improve their overall mood or relationships, or am helping someone to "get past their past" ...or simply supporting someone as they work to understand themself better, I believe that therapy can be life-changing. My therapeutic style is collaborative and authentic, and I seek to make safe, genuine connections with my clients. I have experience treating a variety of concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. At this time, I am only seeing adults (18+) via telehealth.
I strive to work collaboratively with clients to ensure they feel heard, understood, and empowered. Clients have told me they enjoy my humor and directness as well.
Trauma-focused therapy is my specialty, and I am trained in both EMDR and TF-CBT. For other concerns, you may also expect for me to use CBT and DBT-informed approaches, which includes ERP.
I believe the therapeutic relationship and maintaining a safe, non-judgmental space is core to seeing change and experiencing healing from past and present life stressors. I hope to meet you with compassion while challenging you to move towards change and growth as we work together.
